At Evoke Beauty Bar, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for YOU. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for our providers’ time, the following policies apply: 💳CREDIT CARD ON FILE A valid credit card is required to book and maintain all appointments. 📅CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. • Same-day cancellations: 100% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. 🚫NO-SHOWS Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s). Future appointments may require a non-refundable deposit. 🤕ILLNESS Clients who are ill or experiencing symptoms of illness should reschedule their appointment until they have fully recovered. Standard cancellation policies apply. ⏰LATE ARRIVALS • Skin Treatments: 5-minute grace period • Sugaring Services: 10-minute grace period Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled service. Missed service time due to lateness may be charged at 100% of the scheduled service value. 🔔IMPORTANT NOTICE All cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, deposit, and policy-related fees are non-refundable.
