Cancellation Policy

At Evoke Beauty Bar, we value your time & strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure all clients receive the attention they deserve, we have the following policies in place to protect our business, our staff’s time, & the health and safety of everyone: CREDIT CARD ON FILE A valid credit card must be kept on file at all times—NO EXCEPTIONS. If this requirement is not met, you will be required to pay for your services in full before booking any appointment. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. • Canceling within 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee. • Canceling day of will result in a 100% cancellation fee. All fees are non-refundable. ILLNESS If you are feeling unwell or recovering from an illness, you must reschedule once you are fully healthy. The cancellation policy still applies to illness-related cancellations. NO-SHOWS A no-show will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s). A non-refundable deposit will be required before booking your next appointment. LATE POLICY • Skin Treatments: 5-minute grace period • Sugaring Services: 10-minute grace period If you exceed the grace period, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service. Any cancelled, missed, or rescheduled portions will incur a 100% fee. Habitual lateness may result in being moved to a walk-in-only basis.
